Amy + Craig had a spectacular wedding weekend and all events took place at the beautiful InterContinental Hotel Boston. The celebration began with the Ketubah signing and rehearsal on Friday evening and we were back Saturday afternoon for the ceremony and reception.
The grounds outside in the back of the hotel made for the perfect location for Amy and Craig’s emotional and fun first look. We spent some time with the couple, their family and wedding party outside before heading inside for some more photographs in the gorgeous lobby of the hotel. We even had the opportunity to take a couple of pictures of the bride and groom in the hotel champagne lounge before the ceremony.
The Rose Kennedy Ballroom was transformed for the ceremony with dramatic lighting that highlighted the floral arrangements lining the isle to the stunning custom designed chuppah by Carol Silverston and her team. After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed hors devours in the foyer while the ballroom was once again transformed for the reception.
Various tables shapes including square, rectangle and rounds filled the ballroom with several different linen and table decor designs. The blush colors mixed with gold and cream popped against the black dance floor and uplighting. The band Eye 2 Eye welcomed guests back into the ballroom for a night full of dinner, heart felt toasts, dancing – and more dancing. Towards the end of the night, guests were wowed with a custom desert display that had been setup behind the drapes.
We had a fabulous time capturing such a fun and energetic group throughout the events of their wedding weekend.
