Jill Person recently had the pleasure of photographing a 3-part Sikh Celebration that concluded with a reception at the InterContinental Hotel Boston. Friday evening we captured the wedding ceremony for the couple at Our Lady of Victories Church in Boston’s Back Bay.

Saturday’s celebration kicked off with a traditional Baraat where the groom processed on a white horse followed by his family and friends to meet the bride’s family. After the families met and exchanged garlands outside the temple it was time for the traditional Sikh ceremony.
We kicked off part three with the newlyweds on Boston Harbor when they arrived at the InterContinental Hotel promenade (to the surprise of their guests) via boat. Following cocktail hour the reception was held in the Rose Kennedy Ballroom of the hotel.
